1. Cancellation and prepayment policies

 

Flexible – 14 days

  • You can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.  Advance payment will be returned to your credit card or to your bank account, depends how you have paid. 
  • The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

 

  1. Children & extra beds
  • Children of any age are allowed.
  • Children up to and including 2 years old can stay for free.
  • Children from 3 years old to 6 years old can stay for EUR 15.00 per child per night, using existing beds.

 

Extra bed & cot options

Cots

  • Children up to and including 3 years old stay for EUR 12.00 per person per night when using an available cot.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, Bankcard, Cash.

  • WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
  • Parking for our guests is free of charge

  • Check-in from 14:00 to 20:00
  • Check-out from 07:00 to 11:00

Guest address details

  • You do not have to provide address details when you book

Guest phone number

  • You must provide a phone number when they book

 

6.House rules

  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Parties/events are not allowed.
  • Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00.
